Room wasn't ready when they told us it was going to be and staff checking in 2 of the staff members where very rude don't know how they are still working there can't believe how they treat there guests

Location was good for the plans we had

Checked into a dirty room. Housekeeping knocked on door surprised we were still in the room even though we weren't due to check out for two days. Dog howling and barking across the hall.

Very welcoming staff and wonderful SW and Native American decor.

Breakfast is grossly overpruced!

Got to be 21 to play at the Buffalo Thunder Casino and the resorts room rates make this an attractive place. Lots of slots and table games. Now we are not gamblers by any stretch of the term. And that was obvious for us trying to understand the slot machines. We each decided to spend $20 each. Yes, we are big "whale" gamblers. It was slow at the casino when we asked one of the security fellows about the "how" to play the slots. He showed us some of the slots and then he invited another person (floor manager?) to assist. He was very helpful and as it was a slow afternoon, he spend a lot of time with us. So----how did we do? One of us ended us $18 in winnings. Another ended up with a dollar left from her twenty. And the third person? Lost the entire $20.

the check in lady did ask me when we came for the 2nd room ,if I liked the room , said preferred if it was on higher level it was on the bottom floor-did ask for a balcony -she responded you got what you asked for., thought that was a little rude. just said ok.
