AUI didn’t appreciate the ladies attitude on the front desk sending me a message telling me that unless I login online within the next 15 minutes they cannot leave the key out for me after 3 o’clock in the afternoon. I mean most hotels you can’t check in until 2 o’clock in the afternoon so I had to stop everything for the day and try and find a way to login online. where the verification code was going to the wrong number. The hotel was super loud. I didn’t get an area to park under the building. I found the bed very uncomfortable and I would not recommend this place at all. Also, the lady when I spoke to her on the phone was busy telling me that there was leaking water in another unit and she couldn’t help me because she was busy doing other things. I found this quite rude to be honest.
