AUDidn't have high expectations late booking for just one night, was expecting typical 'budget' accommodation. The stay was excellent. Unique open styling to the whole resort and a bonus roof area with plunge pool, BBQ's and lots of little nooks to sit in. The manager was great, very helpful and pleasant to deal with. I suspect we'll be back sooner rather than later

Kettle hadn’t been cleaned, someone cooked food in it and left chunks of meat. One of the bedside lamps doesn’t have a bulb. Bedroom tv remote is no where to be found. Fridge had issues that we had to resolve ourselves to make sure perishables wouldn’t perish.

Rooms were incredibly small and dark. No airflow and sunlight for somewhere near the beach. Furniture was mixed and matched, and did not fit in the space. The bedroom was the worst with limited space around the bed, and a dated cabinet and tv further limiting access and providing no space for luggage. Sliding doors in the bedroom and ensuite did not function properly and were incredibly noisy. Bedroom window would only open a small amount due to the awning nature, had no fly screen and was located onto the main walkway. This walkway was lit all night and blinds were insufficient at keeping this light out of the room. Fan in the main bedroom was installed over the light, meaning it strobed the light whenever it was turned on. One of the lights in the kitchen / living area did not work.

Tables on the roof top were sticky, assuming fat from the bbq.

USI was greeted by Sarah who was absolutely darling. I also loved Lupe Fiasco as a part of the program as well. The room was fantastic and really brought out the low-key beach vibe of the town.
Not a whole lot, the place was awesome.
AUThere was dirty cupcake wrappers behind the pillows so the couch clearly wasn’t clean. There was also blood stains on the bed. There was dust absolutely everywhere. The whole place was disgusting and not clean. It was a terrible experience. I will never be staying here again and I will never be recommending this to anyone. I hope you can clean better in future for people hygiene as it’s disgusting.
