GBLocation was ideal; near to public transport, the beach and the busy bar/shopping area. Apartment was well equipped with toiletries, cooking equipment and washing detergent etc.
Staff were rude and dismissive at check in, practicing with obvious biases and a patronising attitude. The walls were so thin you could hear everything and everyone coming/going throughout the night. There was also a bright blue light from the corridoor shining into our bedroom which did not turn off until late. This meant for two very bad nights sleep. We had hoped to use the fitness suite, as advertised, but this only consisted of 3 cardio machines (1 of which did not work) and one resistance machine which was completley broken, with no free weights at all. This resort should not claim to have a gym or anything similar as it is non-functional and poorly equipped.

AULocation was perfect, and the facilities were clean and very convenient. Our room was lovely, spotless, and equipped with great quality amenities everything you’d expect from a self-contained unit to make the stay comfortable and enjoyable. This was a last minute night away, and the whole experience exceeded our expectations. We visit Mooloolaba often, and this resort will definitely be our first choice from now on. We will certainly be returning!
