Rooms need serious updating, the first room stank of urine, dark, dingy, disgraceful damaged furniture. Moved to a brighter room, but still nowhere near expectations. Old grubby settee, needs painting, fruit fly infestation,window blinds broken, the most disgusting sticky hairdryer covered in hair (they did replace it with a new one) dirty balcony, balcony furniture rusty and deteriorated. House keeping should be far more stringent, how anyone could think the hair dryer and balcony were acceptable is unbelievable. Paid extra for a sea view, again virtually impossible as its a street back.
