Very clean and easy check-in.

Had a great stay at this hotel! Wonderful service at check in from Carolyn. Room was very comfortable and clean. The location is great just on the side of the I-40 whether you are driving towards the state of Texas or Arkansas. I will make sure to stay here again one day.

Updated room with mini-kitchen, great use of space. New furniture and appliances. Very clean. Great location, lots of restaurants nearby.

Asked for 2 additional pillows but was told they're out of pillows. That was really weird and annoying. Construction going on onsite which was below our room. Only 1 trash can in the whole room. No handheld shower heads. No towel bar by the sink. Toilet is too low. Checked-in in a wheelchair but didn't assign us to a handicap-accessble room, so I didn't get to take a shower. Good thing we only stayed there for 1 night.

Pleasantly surprised when I arrived the staff was super nice and courteous! Chelsea was great at check in as I around 7pm. Amber was very nice and helpful the next morning. I arrived to my room I wasn’t expecting to walk into a fully remodeled room. The decor was super cute and chic, I wish I was staying for more than 1 night but would absolutely return. It’s also in a super convenient location so many restaurants options available. There’s a Red Lobsters and Tazikis Mediterranean Cafe along Ardy’s Custard shop within steps away from the hotel.

To start with, the Marriott franchise is a great Hotel and offers a fantastic stay. This hotel does not meet the Marriott standard in my opinion. If I order a meal and the steak is under or over cooked, I eat it anyway and don’t send it back and don’t ask for a replacement. That is to say that for me to ask for a change is not the ordinary and it has to be pretty bad or unsatisfactory. When checking into our room, it smelled like KFC rented the room the day before to make all of their Louisiana hot chicken. The room smelled like strong spice, seasoning, and food. So much that I asked for another room. The second room had paint fumes so bad we had, I had a headache within minutes 🤦‍♂️. I stayed in the room and just kept the window open all night. The hotel is not the worst I’ve stayed in but it is not a Marriott type hotel. Just to know what you are renting. Sometime the pics don’t tell the whole story.
