La gentilezza e bravura della signorina alla mattina x il breakfast

Un hotel azigogolato con scarsa pulizia e sicurezza a mio giudizio, un palazzo vecchissimo che è stato adattato in economia e che sottrae il vocabolo di Hotel al dizionario di Italiano

The breakfast was excellent and the server was exceptional and very friendly

Excellent location and good breakfast. There is also a small roof terrace.

A little bit dated

La colazione , servita anche in terrazza, è buonissima. L'addetta alla colazione è veramente gentilissima. La terrazza è molto molto bella, dalla quale si può ammirare l'Etna e i bellissimi giardini del Palazzo stesso, oltre che i tetti con le cupole dei monumenti.

L'unica cosa che non mi è piaciuta è la tenda d'ingresso al Palazzo, rovinata e che non rende giustizia alla bellezza dell'hotel

The location. And the staff. Amazing warm, welcoming and very helpful staff that makes you feel at home from the minute you walk in this place.

The rooms was spacious and well insulated from the noise of the busy street our grand room was facing. The original ceiling dating 400 years back was magnificent. The staff at the reception and the restaurant areas were so nice, they were the reason we came back to this hotel for our last night before flying out from Sicily back home.

The hotel is perfectly situated, near everything you need. There is a private parking but better to order in advance cause there are only 4 places. The staff is amazingly friendly and helpful! The room was huge, clean and with a nice ceiling paintings. Highly recommended.
