Hotel Manganelli Palace

Good size room and central location.

The welcome from reception was glum. The entrance is on quite a dark, dingy street No bin in the room Plastic glasses and spoon in superior room.

Nos pasaron el cobro de la habitación un día antes de llegar, no una retención de tarjeta como ellos querian hacer ver, cobraron la habitación. Está muy deteriorado y poco limpio.

Staff is friendly, Rooms are fairly good size and decorated very nicely. Lobby is small and the dinning area is small. We stayed in one night and the stay is ok. The location is fantastic closer to major touristy area. One night is not enough to explore the touristy areas. I will go back again.

What I don't like is when you go out for dinner or to see the touristy place, you have to surrender your room key. When you get back they give the key back to you, The problem is that somebody has to open the main door for you to come in to the hotel. We were out for dinner and we have to wait and the main door for about 20 minutes to get the main door open there were about 3 families waiting out side the door to get in to the hotel. That is the only complaint that I have.
