"Limited Parking and Breakfast"

This Hotel was OK, parking was quite limited especially since it was not accessible to get to the rooms easily. Breakfast was a very limited selection especially compared to Jet Park Hamilton and very little room for patrons. Overall I was disappointed by this hotel since it was significantly worse compared to the Hamilton branch of JetPark Hotel.

"Fabulous Rotorua"

All the staff we had interactions with were fabulous, they couldn’t do enough for us, so friendly and accommodating 10/10. The establishment is well kept and modern. Plenty of parking, close to petrol station and Woolworths and food outlets. Would recommend.

Clean hotel with very average breakfast. Only provided guests with instant coffee. Barista coffee available for a fee.
