JetPark Hotel Rotorua

Very good stuff

We booked a studio but given a free upgrade to a family unit - bit more space plus a kitchenette. Very clean, very comfortable. Unfortunately we were only here for a quick overnight stay on route - 24hr checkin and checkout available. Would love to stay here again.

I stayed there for 1 night, had a spacious and modern ground floor unit. It was clean tidy and warm.

Stayed for a night. Customer service from reception was excellent, warm and welcoming. Room was clean and good amenities. Shower pressure was not the best. Room had aircon. Good sized room. Windows can be opened for ventilation. Free parking on site. Breakfast was included, nothing great about it. Just a basic continental stuff. Would definitely consider rebooking.

Quick & easy check in. Ample parking. Close to shops/attractions (if you have a car). Room was clean & large. Bathroom was great with great shower pressure. Staff lovely. Overall excellent stay. No outside noise heard from the room.

We stayed two nights' here on our drive through New Zealand. The hotel is conveniently located to city centre and restaurants. The rooms are large and clean. Staff are very helpful. There is a restaurant and bar on site. Has lift to upstairs rooms. Reasonably priced. Would recommend.

Overall the room was very spacious, clean & comfy. Unfortunately the a/c wasnt working, so it got pretty hit in the room. The staff was very helpful & gave us a fan, which worked OK, wouldve preferred a/c

Beds were super comfy

We loved this hotel, I made a mistake and only booked one night but they managed to get us a second night so we didn’t have to change rooms! It’s a great location, we walked over to the geo thermal springs and then up and down Main Street. Restaurants were great. The buffet at the hotel is also good, loved the fresh fruit and baked goods! My granddaughter loved the trampoline! Nice big rooms and surprisingly quiet.
