We arrived at Jet Park after travelling around ten hours. It was wet and cold, and we just wanted somewhere to stay. We booked through an online travel agent with a non-cancellation policy, and accidentally booked for the wrong date. We went into the reception area and were assured that we could cancel our booking even though we had booked under a non-cancellation booking if we rebooked immediately. We did immediately rebook and stayed the night. Jet Park then refused to refund us for the other night that we had booked, even though they had told us that they would do so. Stay anywhere else apart from this place!
