I love this hotel!

We live the breakfast and location of the hotel

One of the reasons we chose to stay at this hotel was because it had a gym, but the whole time we were there half of the equipment was broken, we also did not like that our room had a lot of carpet stains, customer service at the front desk was not the best although Breakfast was great and the service given at the breakfast lounge was very good.

This is a great hotel. The staff was superb. The breakfast buffet was delicious. Four stars because we workout every morning and all the excercise machines were broken, only the two treadmills worked. However, i do want to emphsize that the staff was wonderful!

room was a bit small, no refrigerator or microwave

This hotel is located downtown where traffic is a bit heavy at times. Walking into the hotel, everything is very nice. Our room was okay and it had a great view of the main plaza. The only issue we had was that there were a few stains on the comforter and the sheets. It also had carpet which I am not a big fan of. A cleaning lady changed the comforter and sheets for us but she was not happy about it. Overall, the hotel is a good place to stay. Almost forgot, their beds are super comfortable, you will have a good nights rest.
