Fray Junipero Serra

I rate it 4.5 stars. The hotel is very central to everything because it is located in the heart of downtown. Shopping stores everywhere and good restaurants as well. The room was in the first floor and it faced the plaza. The beds were comfortable. The toilet room had a nice shower with great water flow. We really enjoyed staying at this hotel and when we return we will hopefully stay here again..

I liked it because it’s convenient to go shopping and to go on tours. Breakfast should be included. Restaurant was great, except service was not good. Room was very clean and bed very comfortable, the only problem was that it smelled like chlorine.

Walking distance to shops, businesses, government offices, and restaurants

It was centrally located in the heart of the city. Close to a lot of shopping and restaurants. Taxis are right outside the hotel. Breakfast was great, everyday they had a different regional dish along with the regular stuff like fruits and pancakes

It was nice , the breakfast was amazing. At night there was a lot of noise until like 12am and around 5 am . But the area is nice to walk around .

We didn’t like the parking area, too reduced and crowded. Bath towels were too old and need an extra hand wash towel. No facial towels.☹️ Bed mattresses need a mattress cover then mattress sheets on top of it. When lying on the bed I could feel the mattress seems on my back. Pillows are too uncomfortable to sleep on. My neck suffered two nights. Waiters in the restaurant need to improve on their service. We liked that the breakfast was included but need to have a variety of sweet breads. Variety of options for eggs.👍 Loved the fresh fruit and orange juice. Room smelled clean. Our room was at a very convenient spot just next to stairs and elevator. The restaurant was a big plus. It had a variety of dishes. Food was delicious. We enjoyed our two nights stay.

Everything is good

All employees were very helpful, front desk/managers were very nice and welcoming. Rooms were cleaned and tidy everyday of our stay would definitely come back with my family.

The place is great, in the heart of Tepic. The staff was very helpful.
