Best Western Crater Lake Highway White City/Medford

The front desk lady (on Monday morning) was absolutely amazing. She was short staffed and remained poised and helped all over, from cleaning up spilled jam, to refilling breakfast items, manning the front desk, and answering calls!! She needs a raise!

Our stay was good and the value for what we paid for was worth it. The room was clean and all amenities were provided as stated. breakfast was good and staff was helpful especially when extra blanket was needed.

Parking got a little crowded at times but wasn't too much of an issue

The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. The area is quiet and clean.

The staff were very friendly and it was clean! Our only complaint was there was work being done outside adjacent to property that was loud.

Very friendly staff, clean and comfortable. Best Western needs to invest in better pillows, they weren’t even full sized and they were so flat. The breakfast was very good, and parking was easy.

Staff was friendly when we checked in. However we could hear everything from the room next to us. We also reserved a king size bed room, and were given one with 2 queens instead.
