This Best Western could set the standard for all other Best Westerns. Shining example, everything was excellent.

nice, clean rooms and a nice indoor pool. Close to the highway, easy to reach and enough parking. Breakfast was nice, meets Best Western expectations.

There was a mixup when we checked in and our original room was not cleaned by housekeeping. We were moved to a different and equivalent room but the whole experience could have been better. In general, I feel the value for money was not great for this stay.

The hotel was clean, and the staff was friendly, but this hotel switched my reservation to a noncancelable nonrefundable one once I checked in, even though all of my paperwork said it could be changed. I had booked a stay multiple night and save rate that said the cancellation could be made with a higher nightly rate. They eventually refunded one night, but should have refunded two. This was a disappointing outcome for a brand-name hotel.

Mold in the bath/ shower was disconcerting. The bed near the window was in poor condition. The stay was fine otherwise.

The front desk lady (on Monday morning) was absolutely amazing. She was short staffed and remained poised and helped all over, from cleaning up spilled jam, to refilling breakfast items, manning the front desk, and answering calls!! She needs a raise!
