Staff and the room was clean and so comfortable

Was between houses, waiting for my apartment to be ready, booked my room the night before daily upon my last booking owner refused to accept my reservation told my I overstayed my welcome, never was I loud, rude or disrespectful never disruptive never caused any issue, but because I booked online and got a cheaper rate and stayed for more then 4 night she was losing money and she needed the rooms for other guests and I was told I was stopping her business,even though I always paid. But because I used the site she couldn't make as much as walk ins. Kicked me out refused my reservation and told me to leave. Very rude! Left to sleep in my vehicle as other hotels were booked or extremely too much more expensive.

Parking lot could have been better lit

The A/C was cold, the room itself was clean and the lady at the front desk was very accommodating. I had a vehicle problem and she was kind enough to let me stay until 1pm, which she did not have to do. I was very grateful for that.

I was assigned to a room that was in use, although the occupants were not in it at the time, however all their property was still in the room. As a result I was downgraded from a King to a 2-doubles room. What if the occupants had been in the room and were armed? This could have ended extremely badly and there is NO excuse for this to have happened. The corridor lighting is so bright outside the room that the room never gets truly dark. They need to revamp the light dampening drastically! The hotel is badly run down and in need of a full refresh. For $50/night I wouldn't complain. For $95/night that's just plain unacceptable.

No breakfast. Room was just a bed. For the price it was just ok

Close to the family

Staff was unfriendly, the bed felt so stiff it felt like we were sleeping on the floor. There were no actual blankets on the bed, it was just a sheet. When we asked for an actual blanket, they gave us two more flat sheets. Pictures on booking didn’t match the actual room. They only gave us two pillows and they weren’t very comfortable.
