Clean and comfortable bed. Heat and air conditioning both worked.

No wash cloths in bathroom. No blanket/duvet on bed; just a bedsheet and decorative sheet. No cable . The TV would only work with a device that you can plug in an HDMI or USB cord into.

Very friendly family business, clean and affordable.

Worst staff ever, I called days before making the reservation so I could check in at 12am the lady said ok to do it and when I get there with wife and kids, the lady said she didn’t said anything so I had to stay in a restaurant area in the cold with my family thanks to that not so professional lady

Woke up at 3am to the manager screaming at the people upstairs that they left a faucet running. Screaming match between them lasted a good 45 minutes. Also they “couldn’t find” my reservation even after I pulled up the confirmation number and payment confirmation… right

Nothing. The front desk receptionist was very rude and yelling at me. I had reserved a room through them drove 2.5 hours 1 way and was told my room was sold to someone else and then was told that there was an issue.

The King Bed Room was on the ground floor and it was spacious. The empty space could have fit another King sized bed. Which was perfect for our 2 dogs traveling with us, plenty of room to lay around and play. At the front desk, Matt, was very pleasant and polite! And Maggie, she was cleaning and preparing rooms, but seemed to also be in charge of maintenance, was very friendly, approachable, personable and just overall a very pleasant woman, which shocked me a bit based on previous experiences with "housekeeping" at other motels in the past. I know when I cleaned rooms 35 years ago I wasn't at all happy to have guests bothering me while I was trying to get my rooms done. THANK YOU, MAGGIE!!! YOUR DISPOSITION & DEMEANOR IS TRULY APPRECIATED HERE!!

Our door key would only allow 1 key card to be assigned to our room, I believe this is in the process of being updated. The only bed in the room, which had an empty space that would fit another King or 2 Queens with 3 side tables, was too close to the wall on one side. No room to walk along that side and definitely no room for a nightstand. The headboard is attached to the wall, so I guess instead of repositioning that, aligning the King bed was the chosen option. There should be enough space to access both sides of a King Bed comfortably. The shower head would not spray the water out, it flowed like a hose with your finger just over the opening. I thought it to be clogged, when I tried to adjust the spray the head itself I screwed from its connector and the o-ring inside popped out in 3 pieces. I checked the holes and they were all clear so I figured the broken o-ring was causing the poor spray. Without adding another o-ring I got the head back on and it was still flowing the same. So, with the faulty shower head, our showers were more like a stand up bath with cups. As we were checking out, I did inform the woman going room to room and she asked if I let the front know, I did not, which I should have, she said because she would have replaced it for our stay. The following rant is for everyone. COMMON COURTESY When at a motel or hotel or even apartment buildings, please THINK before you act about how you would feel if you were someone else. Then adjust yourself before you back your oversized truck into a spot so you don't have your bumper hovering over ½ the already small walkway & in front of room doors, they may not be able to get around as easily as you!! Before backing in like that take not to the structure pillars and notice the obvious repairs from its past because of morons trying to fit where they ought not be!!
