The staff as rude

We arrive at 9:30 pm. Indian women at desk on phone and did not acknowledge us. Asked for ID still on phone and slid the access key on counter. There was a terrible smell in the room. Put some air freshners in the room 122 on 10/7. Served our purposes to pick someone up from Frackville Prison.

Staff members were very good, overall happy with stay, room was clean, some of things were not in good condition but you don’t expect to be like a 3-5 star hotel, overall it’s very good option for a night stay if it’s on your way.

For one night stay it was ok

It’s an old worn down property that does have some updates, but it’s at its final days

Cheap but not enough for the worth

Smells like smoke. Uncomfortable atmosphere. Cancelled the second night there because it gave an uncomfortable feeling.
