Americas Best Value Inn Gettysburg

I wouldn't recommend this hotel. No housekeeping whatsoever, tv hardly worked and they charge you extra money for no reason. I had a $20 extra charge onto my credit card on top of my hotel stay and the hotel won't return my calls to explain what this extra charge was. Filed a BBB complaint also because of this and still trying to reach out to the hotel corporation to find a reason Would not stay here again or recommend it to anyone.

Very quiet and peaceful stay, with eady access to the room.

We stayed a couple of nights and it was close to everything. Room was clean and good sized. The mattresses could use an upgrade though. The front desk was friendly and accommodating.

Absolutely no complaints. This ticked the three main boxes for me: Clean, quiet and safe. The staff were friendly and helpful. The wifi worked fine, although not the fastest. The breakfast was basic; Grab and Go but the coffee was fine and there was a reasonable selection of bars and muffins etc. Plus there was seating outdoors. The grounds were neat and tidy. The room was decent size and comfortable, with all the expected facilities. And to top it all, great value. Location is a bit isolated which was an issue for me because I was relying on public transport. But overall for an Economy motel, it is good as any I've ever stayed in.

What a wonderful travel experience without breaking the bank. Staff was friendly and helpful!

Nothing fancy but clean spacious rooms with a decent small grab & go breakfast and lots of places within a few minutes to eat & pick up essentials
