ibis Pattaya

Perfect location. Walking distance in minutes to: Walking Street/Pattaya Beach and Terminal 21. Hot shower water 💦 very much appreciated. Near the attractions but far enough not to hear the party life raucous. Truly recommended.

The hotel in the days before the end of the year was completely full and very busy, so busy that it was very difficult to find a clean table in the dining room to fill the breakfast buffet with what was gone. The rooms are like any Ibis with comfortable beds, TV, air conditioning and a small refrigerator. The window does not open, so you have to breathe air from the air conditioner the whole time you are in the room. In short, there is no fresh air in the room, except if you are lucky and get a room with a balcony (only in the rooms facing the pool), the room itself has parquet, but the carpets in the hallways - they need to be replaced!!! The elevators are probably very old. One is always out of order (especially at night). The staff at the reception is very busy almost 24 hours a day, but very professional. I would like to point out that if you are a Gold or Platinum member of the Ibis/Accor chain, you will not receive any preferential treatment at this hotel except for a one-time soft drink coupon that you will have to download from the app on your phone and redeem at the bar.

We stayed for 2 nights at this hotel on our Thailand tour with SOTC. Our room was on the 3rd floor and had good view of the surroundings. Room was spacious with balcony and all amenities including kettle. Breakfast was good with some choices of vegetarian and non vegetarian food. Staff were helpful. The location is excellent and the Terminal 21 mall is few minutes walk from the hotel.

Stayed once before, very plain uncomfortable furniture. Tiny bathroom and terrible wifi. Restaurant was good

Stayed only 1 night, hope next time I can stay longer. Very convenient location, walkable to beachfront and shopping mall. I am Platinum member , even ibis no room upgrade but Ning gave us a high floor with balcony, stunning view. Breakfast is all I need for boost up in the morning. Very nice stay and recommend ibis pattaya.

The staf were very helpful all the time.

Poor Service and Terrible Rooms
 STAY AWAY FROM HERE AND YOULL THANK ME LATER I booked 30 rooms for a tour, and it was a disaster. The staff was useless and unfriendly. The rooms were dirty and cramped, and the breakfast was barely edible. To make matters worse, they didn’t help with my lost luggage, even when the airport called them multiple times. Never staying here again.

Super friendly, welcoming, and helpful staff. Room was a bit beat up and very poorly lit. Bathroom is incredibly small. Overall property was clean and safe.
