Friendly Service from Reception through the breakfast and Housekeeping , cozy pool for kid and family. The location is very convenience to reach shopping mall, convenient store and nice cafe or restaurants close by. Such a good relax after long day driving , good choice for Pattaya hotel.

"I love staying at Ibis must stay hotel."

Our stay was outstanding stay at the Ibis I would stay again here. Odie was our first interaction as he offered us a balcony room but because my husband was disabled we required a room with a walk in shower odie accommodated our request so quickly. The breakfast was delicious and always had some kind of vegan friendly food which was so good. Location location this hotel is right next to terminal 21 and other shopping and activity area.

This place is clean, comfortable beds, great A/C. room decor as you would expect from an Ibis hotel. Good breakfast. Nice pool (not huge- great with a dip after day out sightseeing. Transport to/from BKK airport 1.500 Tb. Great value for money.

Hotel location is great which near the China Town, Terminal 21 & Central Marina. Room setting is good and comfortable. Team services are great and love to the Accor standard
