Did Not Like the fact that I was charged 300 Baht for the Laundry Bag that was missing from the room at check - out time. My cab was waiting for me so I did not time have time to dispute the issue

My only disappointment was, when I booked my room for 6 days, and the room information said that there is a balcony. But I was given a room without a balcony, and the windows could not be opened either. The only way to change the air in the room was to keep the air conditioning on all the time. This was the first time I stayed in a room where window can not be opened and it was not a good feeling at all. Other than that, location was good, it was quiet, and the breakfast was better than my expectation.
