The breakfast was fine. The room was ok.

The manager was excessively rude. The entire lobby was filled with boxes, rendering it useless. The third floor was shut down and the second floor had large, TV entertainment centers. The south staircase had no carpet and was clearly getting recapped. The back of the hotel had 2 blue industrial trash bins. Men working on the grounds burying something. The manager had my "second adult" come to the front desk, handed her a prepared letter stating should would NOT bring her grandkids to the pool and she would stop taking pictures of the renovations or she would have to leave. In other words, they can inconvenience us, but we can't inconvenience them.

I stayed at this hotel’s many many times before while here visiting family. Apparently it is under new management and the staff were absolutely rude. Obnoxious and got angry screamed at me. The place was under renovation which meant that many of the amenities were unavailable and the room smelled like chemicals ..which they did not inform me of before booking. I was there for 10 minutes. They charged me and refused to refund. Apparently this new management doesn’t understand the hospitality industry and should not be working and dealing with the public.

The breakfast was terrible! Mostly carbs and nothing gluten free. If you can't eat gluten you can't eat much at the AmericInn breakfast room. Add some hardboiled eggs, more fruit, yogurt, etc.

The cooling fans were so loud and intrusive.

It was very clean & convenient since we were here for a family gathering & it was super close to everything especially the family gathering.

I think they need to provide more shampoo & conditioner with body wash we are a family of 4 & we ran out of the hygiene stuff our first shower in so went out to buy a bit more bigger size as we were given very tiny shampoo supplies. But overall the stay was nice! Thank you.

We had a very pleasant two-night stay at AmericInn Monmouth during a state gymnastics competition. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially the front desk, who assisted us in arranging tables and chairs for our group. The pool was clean and warm, and the kids enjoyed it מאוד. Breakfast offered a good variety and changed each day. Overall, it was a great experience, and we would gladly stay here again.

The front desk staff demonstrated outstanding customer service by assisting us in arranging tables and chairs, which greatly enhanced our experience. The swimming pool was clean and properly heated, making it especially enjoyable for the children, who spent a significant amount of time there. Breakfast was also a highlight, offering a varied selection of items that changed each day. Overall, our experience was highly positive. The staff’s attentiveness and the hotel’s amenities contributed to a memorable stay. We would confidently recommend AmericInn Monmouth and look forward to staying there again in the future.
