"Just isn't what it used to be"

Walked into room and it was hot and smelly. Water pressure was very weak. Room outdated. Breakfast ends at 9am, just when most of the people are going down to eat. Breakfast is very poor in quality. Napkins are like toilet paper forks are very cheap food was cold and very poor quality. I have stayed here many times over the years but the quality of this place was just just not there. I am a Whyndham member so I try and stay at Whyndham but will look at other places know.

"Had a quiet stay, overall I would stay there again"

Close to where I had to work each day.

Parking-wasn’t sure I would find a place to park every evening when coming back to hotel. Carpet in the room, it was old and carpet in hotel rooms is just gross.

The hotel billed my credit card for incidentals the day I checked out. 5 days later, the bill was still on my credit card. I had to get Expedia involved to get my money back.

"What a great stay and hotel. We were in the town for marriage and the service we received were outstanding."

Best stay. we were in the town for the marriage and we had 15 rooms booked with friends and family. we got amazing service from all staff. we were enjoyed our spare time in sitting area and played games with kids. Pool were nice and temperature were good too. Everyday we got different in breakfast too.

My room was great, my sisters suite was hot! The room ACs work but are not on when you check in. The main areas where hot, they were not running the AC. I was told several times that it was cool over night but at 8:30 am when you walk out into a hot hallway it was not that cool out. I was very suprised on my 4 night stay house keeping never entered the room.

"Easy Check in and check out, Clean hotel, nice stay"

It was great stay with friend's and family around US for games in Viola. Was lovely stay, Staying in this hotel from last four to 5 years and always getting great service and clean room always. Kids enjoyed a lot in swimming pool.
