It's clean and the breakfast is okay.

Staff couldn't check-in my friends and we had to wait more than an hour in the lobby because the system was in Spanish! Seriously! Also, it's comparitively more expensive than any other locations in AR. Nothing to do in this city either. In Eureka Springs you'll get simular motels in half price.

The facility was clean. The room was spacious and the beds were comfortable. Overall, I am happy with the facility itself. Enough parking spots. The location is pretty good too.

The old lady at the front desk was incompetent. She couldnt locate my reservation in the hotel system. Then attempted to access the hotel's booking.com account but was unable to log in. Then she called someone and still couldnt fix the issue. My family and I ended up waiting nearly an hour at the lobby while this circus was taking place. After a long trip with a 4 year old, this was incredibly frustrating.

Bij uitchecken kregen we geen factuur en de man aan de receptie kon ons ook niet zeggen hoeveel het was. Het was al betaald. De factuur kwam wel wel per mail. Dit nog nooit meegemaakt. Ontbijt was goed.

The kitchen area is being renovated so it’s completely closed. They didn’t even have coffee available. Yes, that stuffing your room but, yuck. Put in the Keurig singles. Way better than.
