Hampton Inn Harrison

Everything was great, but did not know the pool was under construction.

Very clean rooms and very nice staff. The breakfast was good and had lots of variety. The hotel is undergoing renovations, so the pool was not working and you could tell things were looking disheveled because of this, like the carpet in the hallways. The noise in the hotel was loud, but we were there for a basketball tournament and there were also baseball families there as well so that's to be expected when there are a lot of kids present. Would stay again.

Only disappointment was the pool was being renovated.

We had one of the new rooms (304) so it was very clean. Only 1 small trash can though and 2 towels. Check out is 11 but house keeping was banging on doors at 8. Breakfast was good. Staff was friendly. They need to rethink the soap dispenser in shower.

Last minute stop on our way back to Wisconsin from Hot Springs. When we arrived around 9pm, the parking lot was packed. The front desk person (Jael I think) checked us into the last room available (a King) and brought in a rollaway for our daughter. She was very positive and happy - didn’t seemed overwhelmed at all. Thank goodness as the next city up was Branson and the Hilton app was showing most hotels were sold out. It’s spring break. We just had a quick stay, but hotel was very clean, the breakfast area was a notch or two above others we’ve stayed at, and all the staff we saw were very friendly. The pool area was completely under a major remodel, but from what we saw, it’s going to be great! Lots of businesses and restaurants nearby. We would stay here again!
