The room was clean and comfortable

First, thing in the morning tried to go down for coffee, and the dead bolt lock would not open. Called down, and they sent someone to help, but he couldn't get it open either. Had to immediately pack and cut through the adjoining room where people were trying to sleep to get out. If there were a fire, we'd all have died.

The rooms were nice

The website said it had a pool we get there no pool. My grandkids went to go swimming and we couldn't no pool. The front desk was not helpful
