Stort dejligt værelse sengen var dog meget blød i det. god altan. Søde og venlige ansatte. God størrelse pool.

Very good hotel nice facilities and location.

Rooms are old and require some renovation.

The pool was nicely laid out and clean. The bed was comfortable and there was lots of storage space. The buffet breakfast was good, lots of variety but all the hot items were stone cold - no effort made to keep it warm. The staff were friendly and helpful.

The whole property was looking very tired. One of the bathroom taps did not work properly and no sink plugs. The kitchen had a couple of plates, glasses and mugs, some knives and forks and a pan. Would have been difficult to cook anything if you had kids. The pool was not really supervised - people smoking while on the sunbeds and screaming kids/adults in the pool late into the evening.

The apartment we book was a great size, the kids club & various activities kept the children happy, the pool was great.

The bed was very firm which wasn’t to my liking. The WiFi was occasionally slow & dropped out in our room.

Relaxing vibe, lovely staff, perfect location.

Aircon in the other bedroom was noisy and didn't work properly

Très bon séjour, joli hotel à taille humaine, très propre. Il faut tout de même noter que l’hôtel n’est pas en centre ville, il faut marcher environ 20 min pour arriver vers les bars/restaurants vivants de la promenade, le soir. Pour autant, un petit restaurant se situe dans la rue de l’hôtel « Bang Mai » tenu par des français, super rapport qualité prix.

La literie était assez désagréable, l’impression de dormir à même le sommier. Par ailleurs, l’absence totale de personnel au bar de l’hôtel le soir n’invitait pas à consommer. Bien qu’agréable, nous le placerions plutôt dans la catégorie 4 étoiles.
