Radisson Resort and Suites Phuket

Leider für ein 5 Stern Hotel----- nichts.

Schrecklich, Taxiservice hat bereits bei der Ankuft nicht gepasst. Im Bad wurde erst nach Aufforderung gereinigt. Duschbadetücher mit Löchern. Keine frischen Handtücher im Zimmer. Barpreise total überteuert. 3x reklamiert. Im Stiegenhaus lag 3Tage das vertrocknete Geschirr von anderen Zimmern Nach einer Beschwerde von uns wurde es endlich enfernt. Kinder essen im Pool Eis und alles tropft hinein . Schmutzige Liegen und Beitische, die nie gereinigt werden.Nie mehr wieder!

We have stayed here before and thoroughly enjoy it.

We booked for 12 nights but unfortunately we had to cancel our booking after only 4 nights. We managed to find somewhere significantly better for almost the same price through our original booking at luxury escapes. The hotel is very dated and run down. It really needs some work. There is no elevators, odd for a 220 room apparently 5 star resort. Staff are nice and do their best but I think struggle with what they have. The restaurant if you can call it that is pretty disappointing and nothing like the photos make it appear. There are holes in the floor everywhere. The furniture is wobbly and worn out. The food is bland and limited. I didn’t know that chicken bacon was a thing, but it is here. We found ordering an omelette everyday to be the best and safest option for breakfast. They were in fact pretty good, if you can get the attention of the seemingly grumpy chef. The small female chef on the other hand was delightful and helpful. The birds get their fair share of your food before you do. The room we had was horrific. We had water from the aircon running through an electrical box and out the kitchen cupboard. Which was the last straw for us. The shower was more of a dribble and not always hot. Light hanging out of ceiling. Some not working. Problems with air con many times. Rock hard beds, woke sore and aching every morning. Rooms are so dated and worn it literally is a joke. We were on the third floor and it does get to be a slog several times a day. There is also construction next door which is loud. That said we were in an end suite. It did stop late evening and not go through the night. The pool is the best bit. Kids loved it and pool activities were very good. Especially the foam party. Don’t hold your breath waiting for a massage either. On a more positive note. The location is very good. A short walk to the beach. There is a busy road crossing so pick your moment. There is a small convenience store that also does laundry and two massage places we tried. Both very professional and clean. A small restaurant Baan Mai around the corner that I cannot recommend enough, and good prices and service. Management did listen to our concerns and visited the room with me and I pointed out my concerns. We received a credit for our remaining nights that helped with moving on. We will never stay here again nor can we recommend this resort. It could be so much more than it is.

We stayed at Radisson resort for 2 weeks with our 3 children (ages 8, 7 & 9 months) and couldn’t fault anything! We had the 3 bedroom apartment which was so spacious and great to have a kitchen too. Our children would say the best thing was the pool & water slide, the AMAZING staff at the kids club and the daily buffet breakfast. We had an amazing holiday and will definitely be back in the future 🇹🇭😊
