I liked the interactions with the first from the moment we reached the hotel the staff including the security were courteous and friendly. The property was beautiful and clean. I enjoyed the food at each restaurant we ate and also the staff was patient, pleasant and quite accommodating.

Initially, I didn't like the bed due to a personal preference.

Firstly, the room has a funky smell and went for dinner at the buffet restaurant and had sweet and sour chicken and it was raw, meaning it wasn't cooked

The insects ruined my the idea of having an ocean front room. The ants took over one of the balcony’s. We rented a cabana and the life guards argued so much it ruined the experience.
