Very clean, comfortable and relaxing environment. Even thought it’s not an adults only hotel, the children on property (with other guests) were never overwhelming as the staff really did take care of them.

It’s a long drive from Kingston but it’s well worth it.

The staff, the views, the natural beauty (where it existed), the beds and the private pool.

Junior suite ocean view wasn’t anything special beyond the bedroom. My jacuzzi bath had stains on it so bathing in it felt uncomfortable. Bathroom could have done with a deep clean. The sofa bed in the living room was also inexplicably out. The worst element, however, is the food. The buffet was fine, maybe a 6 out of 10, but à la carte? 1 out of 10 easily.

The staff were very good and food and general facilities were good

The bed was very uncomfortable and there was no USB port to charge phones in room. Unlike some other establishments we have stayed at which are all inclusive there were no spirits in the room in addition to beer and soft drinks

They over chargé me. Even when my booking.com was changed to 2 persons they still overcharge for the second person and won't refund my money. It is not worship the amount of money they chargé so I am supper mad.

Das Essen war sehr lecker und es gab eine grosse Auswahl. Auch die Drinks waren lecker und das Personal äusserst freundlich. Wir haben unsere Zeit, trotz Hurricane Melissa sehr genossen. Für die Anlage und das Personal würden wir eine 8.5 vergeben. Wir haben uns wohl und sicher gefühlt und sie haben alles daran gesetzt, dass Hotel am laufen zu halten.

Das Hotelmanagement ist wirklich schlecht. Beim Sturm haben sie den noch Anwesenden die verlängern mussten 100$ mehr pro Nacht verlangt, die Preise sind wirklich hoch für was man erhält. Die Mitarbeiter dort werden ausgebeutet und nur die Prestige-Gäste wurden nach dem Sturm mit Internet versorgt.
