The room Customer service Pool Food Staffs And so much more.

Only one thing I didn't like, my tv didn't work and after many calls to get it sorted out. It's was changed on Tuesday and I was told the I.T persons should come and program the tv and I even call again Tuesday night asking for an update and was told they will get back to me once contact I.T department but no update or I.T department showed up . Didn't appreciate that.

Loved the layout, several beaches and pools to enjoy. Clean and beautiful walkways and manicured lawns.

Too many wet floor signs that seemed to be permanent fixtures. I got to point I ignored wet floor warnings

More activities to engage the children especially teen. The entertainment team( day) needs improvement. Night entertainment was good

No popcorn bags at one point. Was able to take my food from the sports bar to have on the outside
