It was very nice, great scenery, had lots of entertainment and food options, and it felt very safe.

The only thing I didn’t like was the air conditioning. I liked that it came on and off once any door was opened or closed, but at times it just didn’t feel cool enough. But it was still enjoyable overall

Nothing. This trip was awful and I felt scammed the entire time. Booking.com should not send customers there in good faith.

I am requesting formal review of my reservation at Grand Palladium Lady Hamilton Resort & Spa. I booked through Booking.com after the resort’s wedding booking website repeatedly failed and I was instructed to use a third-party platform with the understanding that pricing would later be adjusted at the hotel. My reservation was confirmed as a standard room rate for $2,526.93. Upon arrival, the hotel demanded an additional $928 due to my husband allegedly not being listed on the reservation, despite Booking.com confirming that the rate was not occupancy-based. I paid under pressure to avoid cancellation of my stay, but I believe this charge was improper. In addition, the property conditions were unacceptable, including non-functioning air conditioning, water leaks, and unsafe conditions resulting in a slip and fall. I am requesting review of these charges and assistance with a refund.

Zimmer beziehen dauerte 3 Stunden, weil WC defekt war. Hotel hat nur zwei Lifte von denen einer meiste Zeit außer Betrieb war, ohne dass ein Schild angebracht war. Die einzelnen Unterkünfte haben 3 Levels und gar keinen Lift. Absolut ungeeignet für Gehbehinderte. Die Distanzen sind sehr weit, die Buggies sind kaum zu sehen. Buggies bestellen funktionierte einmal von drei Versuchen. Sports Bar ist meist schmutzig, Burger waren verbrannt. Alles in allem nicht das Geld wert.

That we book the property and they didn't had transportation to pick us up and drop us off. Also the jerk stuff weren't really jerk, they also need to put a floor in front of the shower
