We stayed in a junior suite with a balcony which was quite nice and spacious with a lovely view of the ocean

The lift in the main reception area was out of order . So it was quite a bad experience for my wife who has a very bad hip making it difficult to climb the stairs

breakfast is always good my concern and observation was a child try to slice a bread using his hand to hold it and leaving the rest for others where did his hand went where food is concern i try to be very careful

my suggestion is to have parents with kids to assist them when handling food

I liked the greeting at the reception by Tracey and the bartender Glendon at sunset cove. Both very friendly and made the stay exceptional. The food was good and the room was lovely and spacious.

There was a smell of stagnant water in some areas of the property however this could be due to the effects of hurricane Melissa. We were assigned twin rooms when we should have received a king and had to wait an hour to get our luggage moved to a new room. In the end my husband had to go up to reception and comandeer a shuttle. That was a disappointing start to our break. Also a bottle broke in our room and even though we requested the floor to be wiped, it was still sticky when we returned.

I didn't really like anything about the place.

Desayuno muy completo, ubicación un poco distante.

La habitación estaba muy calurosa, el aire casi no refrescaba, una mañana solo teniamos agua super caliente saliendo de la regadera y el lavabo. Dos dias seguidos estuvimos con el piso anegado en agua por un goteo de agua del lavabo. Demoraron 2 dias en atenderlo apropiadamente. Una noche regresamos y encontramos el sofacama extendido sin haberlo solicitado. Cuando recibimos la habitación solo tenia 1 toalla y en el minibar no habia agua. Del personal la mitad es amable y la otra no. En el restaurante a la carta de 3 solo 1 estuvo muy bien Poseidon.

Breakfast was great no complaints

Problem with my room and I had to wait ages to get it sorted and I had to make a fuss in order to be assisted. Then I leant on a staircase and got paint on my costume. And again had to make a fuss to get it sorted which also ate into the limited time I had there which was very disappointing .

I like we were able to call for transportation to move around the property

The weekend I went it really wasn’t a lot of music activity going on.

Dear Booking.com Customer Service Team, This is a critical and urgent complaint regarding my late August 2025 stay at Grand Palladium Lady Hamilton Resort, Jamaica—booked via Booking.com—and extended via the platform to cover an additional room to protect my severely disabled son and family. I was forced to end this stay prematurely on 18 August, due to acute illness rooted in appalling health and safety conditions. ⸻ Failures That Made This Stay Unsafe and Impossible 1. Toxic Pool Conditions The resort’s main pool and hot tubs were saturated in green mold, slime, visible bodily fluids, and possible vomit—posing a serious public health risk. I fell ill as a direct result. 2. Child Safety Hazards The room’s balcony door did not lock, and the safety netting was torn—creating a constant risk of escape or injury for my autistic child. 3. Uninhabitable Hygiene Standards Our room was filthy and smelled of urine. I personally bleached and scrubbed the bathtub. Despite tipping cleaners up to $5 daily, room cleanliness remained unacceptable. 4. Interrupted Water Supply Hot water was unavailable at times. At one point, shampoo was still in my hair after washing; I was forced to wait for staff to mysteriously restore water flow. These conditions transformed our stay from a protective family reunion into a hazardous experience—impacting our physical health, emotional well-being, and financial security. ⸻ Booking.com Promised Safety — But Delivered None Your platform states: “In the unlikely event that something goes wrong, we are here for you.”  Every consumer expects safety, transparency, compassion.
