Emerald Greens Condo Resort

I liked the calmness and lack of noise. I didn't like that on our first night the hotel phone did not work.

Wife and I stayed here for the first time because our daughter was graduating this particular weekend, it was also Memorial weekend. Not real busy, was surprised. The room was neat, clean, and the staff was very nice and courteous. I would really suggest to anyone to check this place out, looks as if it is a missed gem.

Only complaint is both King beds are 2 twins pushed together. And a hard mattress,needs a topper. Nice and quiet, safe area. Lots of space for the family. Great pool!

Loved the condo... very clean, stocked and tons of room in the 2bed, 2bath condo. Nice view and good food on site as well as tons of good places right outside the property. Beds were a little hard but clean, rooms big!

Staff is very welcoming during checkout. The rooms are clean, spacious and tastefully decorated. This is our second stay here within 8 months. Will stay again..

Several years ago we had a delightful 10 day stay at Emerald Greens after which I wrote a glowing Trip Advisor review. So, when we decided to go to Tampa to celebrate my birthday, we naturally made a reservation at Emerald Greens. We have just returned home, and I must write a less than satisfactory review. A minor point: the condo's furnishings are looking dated, dark, and rather worn. Some paint is flaking and baseboards are rotting in our master bathroom. The beds are hard but pillows plentiful. The kitchen is well equipped for light cooking but could use a microwavable dish. There was no window in the smaller bedroom which would have been claustrophobic had anyone slept there. None of that would have bothered us. But, housekeeping did an inadequate job of cleaning our first day, having failed to vacuum the floor. On our second day, we returned from a long day at Busch Gardens to find that housekeeping hadn't done our room at all. After asking the front desk for fresh towels, housekeeping showed up at 5:45 p.m. forcing us out to dinner earlier than planned. Check out time is 11 a.m. At 10:45, we moved our luggage into the hallway and onto the cart. Housekeeping literally pushed their way into our room before we had removed all our belongings. After taking our luggage to the car through the side door closest to our room, we were unable re-enter the hotel to make sure we hadn't left anything behind. Our key cards had been cancelled! We had to walk around the building to the main entrance. The desk clerk said the cards were automatically cancelled at 11 a.m. When we pointed out that it wasn't 11 a.m., but 10:55, he argued with us. Furthermore, they failed to give us a copy of our bill until we asked. I asked to see the manager. She apologized, but the desk clerk continued to argue. I was more "forceful" in my complaints than is usually the case. This experience left a sour note to what had been a fun time in Tampa. Now that we own a winter home in Florida, we will be visiting Tampa much more often, but we will NOT be staying at Emerald Greens. A 15 minute "grace" period on the cancellation of key cards to allow for time differences between watches would have avoided this problem entirely, and we would be repeat guests. I will no longer recommend Emerald Greens.

I like the location and everyone was very nice, the breakfast was delicious

Good location for my visit. Other than that, nice condo's....
