Emerald Greens Condo Resort

I just spent 3 nights at the Emerald Greens Resort while visiting my sister in Tampa. I thoroughly enjoyed the one bedroom suite with full kitchen, living room and veranda. Vasi at the front desk was very helpful and came to my room and fixed a minor problem with the room. She also walked me over to the fitness room when I asked how to get there. The price for the room for this time of year was less than what I would have paid at a Holiday Inn Express. I definitely will stay here again.

Stayed their with a large family. Nice rooms with full kitchen. Good location; close to Busch Gardens. My only issue is the VIp benefit was withdrawn without warning. We were told that we could check out 2 hours late (1pm instrad of 11am). At 10:45 am we were told that they needed the room. We rushed as fast as we could and were able to vacate by 11:20. I do not believe it’s professional to Withdraw this benefit with only 15 min notice. Otherwise everyone was very pleasant and we really enjoyed our stay.

Located in a country club with golf, tennis and swimming as sporting priorities. Very quiet setting away from the beach but only about 40 minutes from Clearwater. Plenty of good eating nearby and breakfast on Sunday at the club was very good.

Price friendly

Great stay, and will definitely stay here next time we are in Tampa! The rooms were spacious and I was amazed that we couldn’t hear anybody else in the resort (it was so quiet!). The large pool was nice. Each person at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. The bed in the master was not very comfortable but that could just be me. Others in our party were fine with the beds. Overall a great place to stay, especially for the price!

Great choice. Located in a beautiful community. Very quiet and clean. The rooms were big. Enough space for our family of four. Will definitely be returning.

Clean, nice size rooms, easy check in and out. Restaurant at the club house food was very good.

A flat bargain for the price. With two older kids, having a separate room with two beds and a TV and their own bathroom just makes life easier. Master bathroom was great. So much room, and we paid $139 a night for Sun-Tue. Great area of Tampa, plenty of restaurants and stores readily available, 20 min to downtown or airport. Thrilled with this decision.
