Definitely a quote stay felt like home and was a cozy spot. Loved the front desk girls they were helpful and attentive.

Wow. If you are looking for the comforts of home, an amazing friendly staff, and all the amenities surrounding you in Tampa, Emerald Greens Condo Resort is the place for you. I live in Hawaii, but travel to Tampa often. North Tampa is full of restaurants, shopping and community. The golf course is steps away, as well as the pool and fitness center. You are treated like family and the entire staff, from Mangers to the front desk, are over and beyond friendly. The rooms are fully equipped, with everything you need to feel at home. I will definitely make this my go to place every time I visit Tampa. Thank you Emerald Greens! Aloha!

I stayed for business and on a Thursday night they had a major party with a DJ on the back patio behind the hotel condos. The music was so loud it was like the party was in my room. All the front desk had to say was sorry it will be going on until 1030 pm maybe if I ask they will turn down the music. Music wasn’t turned down perhaps turned up? It was completely in appropriate when multiple guests were complaining.

My stay was amazing. During a time my family and I were going thru a transition regarding our home renovations the staff was amazing. JR, the sales manager assisted us with our long term stay while also going above and beyond by providing additional contacts to assist with our home improvements. We felt like it was our home away from home, the security there was safe, and the amenities are immaculate. This place has stolen our heart.

We needed to be at Moffitt Cancer Center for a few days and wanted someplace that was comfortable and close. We so enjoyed our stay! The bed was very comfortable. The full kitchen with full size refrigerator really worked for us. We loved overlooking the pool and having easy access to parking and our vehicle. The location was great and nearby all sorts of shopping and 20 minutes to all the best restaurants in Tampa! We highly recommend ta stay - even if you don't have time to golf (though admittedly, the club house and course looked very inviting).

Great resort to visit with five families. Kids enjoyed playground and green area. Comfortable room. Excellent front desk staff. Friendly and helpful especially Vasi.

The rooms were large, clean and modern - bedding was great, kitchen was stocked with useful things. but the front desk checkin girl was the best. so very helpful and kind and made staying there that much more enjoyable. Even though the pool was closed we were there to go to Bush gardens so that didnt bother us at all. It was quiet and easy for my dad who has disabilities to get around. Centrally located to just about anything you could need.

This is one of the best places we have stayed in the Tampa area! You have the golf course right here & a beautiful view of the pool; palm trees. For someone that walks 4 miles a day it is the perfect place to walk around the neighborhood of Carrollwood. The staff is friendly and attentive to your needs. You are close to so many Restaurants which I will recommend "The Sacred Pepper", "Marlow's Tavern", & Anthony's.

Staff was very warm and friendly. Condo was clean and really nice. Enjoyed my stay. Will return!
