Emerald Greens Condo Resort

We recently spent a night at Emerald Greens, our Condo was super clean, spacious and comfortable. The entire staff was polite and attentive. Having 3 televisions in our Condo was extremely convenient, we look forward to our return the near future.

The " resort" which they should not call it that because it had no resort features at all , was dirty old and very uncomfortable that we left a day early, we never saw anyone that worked there and they did not answer any emails that I tried to communicate with them about my unhappiness. As I said I left early and was never given a refund for the day that did not stay. Would not recommend to my enemies.

Great location, everything was clean and ready.

Property is well maintained and the staff is always eager to resolve any concerns that you may have. Quiet and private, much better than a typical chain hotel property. Highly recommended this property and will definitely return.

My husband and I stayed at Emerald Greens Condos for two weeks while my husband had treatments at Moffitt. A friend had suggested that we try this place for our stay in Tampa rather than a hotel. It was a perfect place for us in a very nice area with Publix and many restaurants nearby. Our condo was a two bedroom/two bath with washer and dryer on the second floor. The front door to the building is only accessible with your room key so we felt very safe and secure. The common areas were also very clean. Parking is right out front with a short walk. This was our first time away from home since the Covid-19 pandemic started and needless to say I was nervous about staying anywhere but home. All my worries went away once we settled in. Our place was spotlessly clean and well appointed. Our bed was comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed. There is a golf course across the parking lot with a clubhouse. Because of the pandemic some things were not available such as the pool except to swim laps and the gym was closed but it looked like a nice pool. Food was available for take-out from the clubhouse and we could eat outside. The food was very good. The golf course was open so my husband was able to play golf a few times. It was a very nice well maintained course. It would be a great place for a golf getaway. This property is nestled in a really nice area with lots of sidewalk so I could take my morning walks. I would definitely stay here again. J.R. Pfeuffer, the manager was very responsive and helpful in making our reservation as well as helpful during our stay. He went above and beyond! Thank you J.R.

Very nice accommodations, nicely decorated, comfortable, clean and very friendly staff. No restaurant in the hotel, but there is one at the golf course across the parking lot - though there are many eating spots within a few minutes. I used the gym daily which contained lots of machines and free weights, and was never very busy. The pool and tennis looked nice as well, though I did not use them. JR did a great job organizing our golf, and other entertaining suggestions I would return and I do recommend.

Great people and perfect location. Lots of activities

The Emerald Greens Condo Resort met our expectations. We reserved a two bedroom / two bath unit in late January, 2020. The ground floor unit was close to the front entrance. This was convenient for access, but at times other guests would congregate outside and discuss their round of golf. These discussions occasionally were loud and distracted us inside. This is the only critical comment that can be made regarding this beautiful property. The front staff was warm and efficient. The clubhouse restaurant offered a variety of food. There was an interesting service fee atached the check that was never adequately explained. We enjoyed staying for our three nights. There are several offsite restaurants and a Publix within 2 miles of the property. The kitchen was well stocked in items to support our breakfast and lunch. I would book again if our travels ever returned us to Tampa. Uber rides from TPA ~$20 US and to the Cruise Terminal ~$20 US. The Smokehouse BBQ joint nearby was outstanding!

Check-in wasn't great because they couldn't figure out how to get my key to work, but after that, absolutely no complaints. The place is nice and quiet. Lots of options for food and things to do in the area. Golf course on the premises. They need to lower the greens fees for condo guests. I paid top notch prices for a course that was in -C shape. The hotel rates fluctuate quite a bit, too. I've stayed for less than $200. It was over $300 for this stay. I don't know if the condition of the property warrants such a price tag, but generally I give it a thumbs up.
