Emerald Greens Condo Resort

I really enjoyed my stay, the condo was very comfortable and nicely furnished.

It was nice. There is never anyone up front.

Excellent staff, super clean and very well kept

We booked 3 condos for a family trip. Before we even reached the property , i had the most amazing customer service on the phone with the GM, David. He was so helpful arranging our condos and making sure we had everything we needed before our arrival. The property is wonderful. Beautifully maintained, great space and nice quiet location, but yet, just a around the corner from Dale Mabry, where you can find any type of eatery you could wish for. Dean, David's assistant, who is there 24 hrs a day, was very friendly and helpful on guving us tips on the area and places to eat. This complex is located on premises of Carrolwood Country Club. As a guest of the resort, you can have drinks or eat at the country club, which we did for drinks one afternoon and lunch the next, and it was fabulous. I can't say enough about this place. Top notch customer service and a lovely place to stay. I can't express how highly I recommend this property. 10/10

We stayed at this property for just a few days during Thanksgiving week. These are well appointed condos with free parking. We loved having space (2 bedroom; 2 bath), full kitchen, and w/d. It seemed to take 20 minutes to get most places we were going, but if you are planning on the beach that will take you 40 minutes. Didn't have daily maid service, but they do leave out items like toiletries on a cart so that was helpful. Things we didn't like - we never saw the concierge at the desk. My key stopped working while the asst manager Dean was around mid-day, and he made the comment that he lives there. Well, that's fine, but what about the lady who was locked out later at night - we let her in - because her key also stopped working. He told me "don't get them wet". Mine was in the little envelope in my purse and nowhere near anything wet. Owners - get keys that work, pay staff to actually be at that desk, and invest in mattresses. We had a king that was literally 2 twin beds and they were uncomfortable. We were supposed to have 2 kings, we were given a king & a queen. It was ok for us with just one teen along, but other couples may not like that substitution. Summation - optimistic marketing, lack of service, plenty of space, nice neighborhood.

The Mgmt was especially helpful in any of my requests or needs and always responded in a timely manner. He also accommodated me to be able to stay in same room when I had to do a last minute extension. Excellent customer service!

It was a NICE getaway

We loved our stay so much we booked three follow-ups for our next medical treatment trips later this year. The beds were form and yet soft and comfortable at the same time. I actually slept well, which I don't usually in hotels. It was spotless and nicely decorated with updated materials. I see why some people live there. Looking forward to the next stay.

It was beautiful and very nice people

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Emerald Greens Condo Resort as part of a 12 lady, 3 day two night Girls Golf Getaway. I am the group organizer and had multiple properties to choose from when planning this getaway. Putting my trust in JR at Emerald Greens was the best decision I have made in years. Our getaway was a glowing success and that success was because of the exceptional customer service we received from JR and his affiliates! The condo resort property has all the amenities necessary to fulfill everyone's individual wants and needs. The condos themselves are clean, well equipped and laid out such that each occupant has their privacy. We enjoyed the associated golf course, Carrollwood Country Club as well during our stay - Pine to Cypress rotation. That experience too was fantastic! The employees there went out of there way to make us feel welcome and ascertain that we enjoyed our round. Shout out to the club for the free bottled waters provided during what was an unseasonably warm day ~ even to Florida standards. The golf course itself was in great condition and presented a challenge without being over the top difficult because of the multiple tee boxes to choose from. Thank you again to Emerald Greens Condo Resort and JR for assisting to organize a getaway that will provide pleasant memories to reflect upon for years to come! BTW...we are already in the process of planning our next getaway at Emerald Greens Condo Resorts ~ that in itself speaks volumes!!
