"City centre hotel with parking"

Comfortable top floor room,all usual amenities.Good food,plentiful breakfast. Limited parking at hotel but on road or in a parking nearby(paying).

"Great staff and cosy comfort"

The service is exceptional. The hotel was busy with different functions but all the staff were efficient and responded immediately to our requests. It is a quiet location and a drive to the village but the hotel service cannot be faulted.

"Luxurious and relaxing stay"

I stayed here for a friend's wedding. The staff were so nice and the room was gorgeous. Breakfast the next day was so lovely and better than your normal hotel breakfast. U used the thermal suite in the spa which was amazing! The surrounding area is beautiful.

All was fine, a bit old style and could do with a re-vamp in places. But would recommend, very clean, staff very friendly and nice breakfast.

"Business meeting"

This is a lovely hotel, I was sorry only to be staying one night. Check in was very efficient and the room was lovely. Bathroom was a little 'tired ' but spotless. Dinner in the bistro and breakfast were both well cooked and tasty. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

"Worst bed EVER"

We were in an unrenovated room with the worst bed ever. Why they could have move a better (I'm sure there must have been some from the renovation) bed in there was a mystery to me. There was a dip 6" deep in the middle of the bed right at back position. When we complained to the Manager on Duty we didn't even get an "I'm sorry".
