Sunbird Cape Cod Resort

The breakfast was decent. The room was packed with folks when we went for breakfast and the staff had trouble keeping up with the demand.

The juice dispenser was not working properly unfortunately.

Terrible and so nasty place

Nasty terrible and the food low quality and service too. The staff put their hands without gloves in basket trash and then touch the food . Very terrible and not safe .

Zimmer, Bad und Parkplatz waren sehr sauber, die Betten bequem. Das Personal war freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir hatten mit Frühstück gebucht, welches aber gar nicht angeboten wird. Auf Nachfrage wurde uns deshalb ein Nachlass gewährt.

Die Zimmer sind relativ klein. Mit zwei Koffern wird es da schon ziemlich eng. Wir hatten ein Zimmer zur Straße hin, da hört man schon etwas die lauteren Fahrzeuge.

We visited for a baseball tournament and the hotel had many activities(pools, basketball court, tennis court, fire pits) for the boys between games. The hotel is walking distance to the water park and mini golf and a short drive to beaches, restaurants and Hyannis Hawks games.

Breakfast was ok, would like more variety. Heating/air system needed upgrade, make loud noise

Larger bathroom. Sink for washing, outside bathroom. No privacy.

The breakfast was good and location of the hotel was okay. Parking was also good

The staff could’ve cleaned better. My pillow had mold on it and it was same pillow after cleaning came into room. I had to bring my pillow to the front desk to request another. The floors had some dirt on it and the mini fridge in the room was warm the whole trip. A musty smell in the bathroom once we checked in, it smelled through out the day.
