Breakfast was decent. Room was very clean. Mattress was comfy. Good location.

Staff wasn't overly friendly but not rude either. We weren't told where our room was or where breakfast was held but we managed on our own. The day of check out we stepped outside the room for some fresh air and were locked out which I thought was odd since it was only 830am and check out wasn't until 11, and we could have went to eat breakfast or load the car and we couldn't get back in. Had to go to the office to have them re instate the key. Other than that stay was fine for what it was. A decent room at a good price. Would use them again if I ever went back to Massachusetts.

Absolutely nothing. The place is a disgrace, dirty and full of bugs.

Room was disgustingly dirty, which we cleaned. No supplies upon check in…we had to go down and get everything from soap, shampoo, towels. We never complained until we came back to the room with dinner and we saw two cockroaches as well as a pile of dead bugs. We stayed 4 hours but at the 3 hour mark we called down to ask if anything could be done and were offered nothing. No manager. We checked out after only being there a few hours. Called for days after. I finally got “booking.com” involved and hotel didn’t respond to them either. I’ve now gone to my credit card company and have full intentions of taking this place to small claims court if they don’t refund us. We had to drive all the way home after driving for 5 hours to get there. I have yet to hear back from hotel manager. Room was just disgusting and they have some nerve charging upwards of $200 for a room like that. Floors were uneven and I tripped on our way out. Bathroom is far from handicap accessible although they claim it’s handicap compliant. Outside the room was a full dumpster unlocked with flies all around it. It was quite literally the worst room we’ve ever booked in our life…no joke! Staff was so rude after the fact. I have photos of everything. I won’t stop until this is resolved. Apparently (according to other reviews) they can not have the breakfast buffet if they don’t have enough people staying there. That’s false advertising at its finest. Trust me, read the bad reviews on this place because they are all true! Save yourself and go elsewhere!

DO NOT STAY HERE! I have never written a review for a hotel but I find this necessary in case it helps someone out there looking for a good time. I will NEVER go back to this location. The staff was incredibly rude and watched us eat the free breakfast and comment saying that we were not able to take more than one of certain foods. We got our basketball stuck behind the fence and they did not help us and told us that it happens all the time. We stayed 7 nights and they only cleaned our room once. And the staff was EXTREMELY disrespectful. Never in my life have I felt watched and like I am “wasting” their money and time. If you are thinking of staying here & having a nice vacation, I advise you don’t.
