Bugs in the room. Something crawled on me in the middle of the night and woke me up out of my sleep.

AC worked good and room was quiet Staff very nice

Dirty!!!! Curtains shabby and all were different looking from outside. Windows full of green mold Fixture in BR very rusted

Had to switch rooms because the tv or phone didn’t work

Myself and family enjoyed the weekend stay personnel have excellent 👌 service knowledge and hospitality recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Columbus

The hotel is extremely dated and in poor repair. Desperately in need of upgrades. The pool was closed the whole time. We were there and employees really could not provide a reason why which was concerning? We travel to Columbus, often to see our military Son but we'll never use this hotel again. It's just not up to the standards it should be for the cost.

Staff was extremely helpful and accommodating, hotel was very clean and in a nice quiet area. Also ample storage space. Nice breakfast choices and a complimentary 24 hr coffee, tea, and hot chocolate station. Would definitely recommend to friends and family.

I recently traveled across the country from Oregon to Columbus to see my son who is in the military. I was nervous to book a hotel living so far away because I know nothing about the city or any particular areas in town. I truly could not have booked a better place to stay. The room , the staff , the property, and the amenities are all fabulous. Upon arrival as I approached the property from outside it seriously smells so good. I couldn’t believe how amazing this place smells. Clean and fresh and delightful. Then I was greeted by two young ladies working the front Heather and Shaneeka. They both were so pleasant and kind. I had to ask a few questions and went up to the desk several times and they were so very helpful and pleasant to deal with every time. The property is clean and well kept. Every person I encountered there including the housekeeping staff, the assistant general mgr Jennifer , and both young men that also worked at the front desk at some point during my 4 night stay were all very helpful , accommodating and a joy to interact with. The breakfast was great offering both hot and cold items to choose from. And they had hot coffee all day long . My stay couldn’t have been any better. I wish I could give everyone that works there a raise because they all truly deserve it . I highly recommend this place. Thank you for making my stay amazing .
