We experienced a warm welcome from the Front Desk Agent ELIJAN and he went above our expectations to make our short stay enjoyable. Thank you. Clean lobby and pool area, rooms are nice and clean. No airport noise, even with the airport being so close. Not far from everything, we would recommend this hotel.
The rooms absolutely stink of smoke. In fact, the person before us left a note for housekeeping about it- and it was left in the room! We reserved two rooms for this stay, and the other room was not what we requested (2 beds). Front desk staff didn’t seem to mind our frustration. We will avoid this hotel in the future.
USThis was a perfect location for an overnight stay at the Tampa airport. Free shuttle from the airport and only a hop skip and jump away. Shuttle is 24/7 as well. The best part was the experience with the front desk staff. Michael, Ly and Rene went up and beyond to accommodate after I had an 8 hour delay and I was forced to get a hotel room. There is also a World of Beer restaurant in the parking lot.
