Hilton Columbus/Polaris

Good location and friendly staff. I have stayed here before and would gladly return

The Polaris location is near many good restaurants and shopping attractions

Overall, the hotel was nice and clean, and the rooms were great and comfortable.

There was a cheer competition going on, and it was insanely crowded. The pool was horrible, so many people and parents were not watching their children. Also, at 2 am, someone banged on our door, scaring my children and me. Called down to the reception and let them know, but they offered no help or anything for what happened.

It was very nice and clean and close to all the activities we planned to do.

When we arrived , we were never told that our room was ready and then the front desk told us they didn’t see our free breakfast that we purchased . They were just not very nice at all and very dismissive . They ended up telling us we could eat their continental breakfast that was very gross , even though they had a restaurant with breakfast . We paid extra for something that was not good at all .

Nice atmosphere and clean rooms

The staff wasn’t rude but wasn’t informative or talkative

Hotel was nice, clean.

I could hear everything from the hallway to the outside where people were sitting by the fires.. at at 1:30am, i could hear the people talking and laughing. Did not like getting woke up in the middle of the night.

Loved the lobby area. It made it easy to gather with family and visit. Beds were very comfortable.
