bathroom had water damage on the door as well as baseboard. toilet didn't work well. had to hold the handle down continuously to get it to flush.

"Amazing from Check-in to Checkout"

I was greeted by the most friendly guest associate. She smiled a lot and took care of the check in process in minutes. I just appreciate her warmth, courtesy and kindness. The entire hotel smelled amazing from the moment you entered the doors. The elevator and hallways were clean and the rooms were divine. I loved the walk in shower. The entire night's stay was so wonderful and checkout was a breeze. I am from Cleveland and I will certainly come back to the Hilton for another stay. My new favorite hotel!
