I had initially booked a single unit because I thought I would be traveling alone. "Francie" (Francesca), front desk reservation manager, was able to upgrade me to the penthouse unit to accommodate me and my partner. My hotel suite was spectacular! The daily breakfast was delicious. The location of the hotel was perfect for shopping, dining, night life and sight seeing. Francie was bilingual and extremely pleasant to me and my guest. She answered questions, ordered taxis and stored our luggage. I highly recommend this hotel and I will stay here upon my next trip to Mallorca.
