Frühstück war ausreichend, die Lage vom Hotel ist in der Nähe des Bahnhofes

wir hatten ein Zimmer im 2 ten Stock, in Richtung Straße, dadurch war es sehr laut

Solo utilizamos hospedaje. La situación muy buena. El parking es público en la plaza del hotel.

Solo hicimos uso del hospedaje, el resto de servicios no hicimos uso.

En pleno centro, muy tranquilo, sin ruidos

La comodidad de los colchones, almohadas, la calefacción funcionaba mal y hacia ruido, falta de mantenimiento

The location is perfect. Steps from the stazione and the bus stop from and to the airport. Very very clean and comfortable.

The room we received did not match what we had booked. We specifically reserved a courtyard-view room — we were given a street-facing room without any prior notice or explanation. Given that the hotel is in the city center, the street noise was significant and disrupted our sleep. The room was also advertised with air conditioning. In reality, the hotel operates a centralized heating system with no individual temperature control. The room temperature was around 26°C at night — far too warm to sleep comfortably. When we raised these issues with staff during our stay, we were told the hotel was fully booked and no room change was possible. After our stay, we contacted the hotel multiple times to request a partial refund. The hotel declined, claiming all services were delivered as described — which is simply not accurate. We also involved Booking.com, unfortunately without success. If you are booking this hotel: make sure to verify your exact room type at check-in, and be aware that individual climate control is not available.
