Great staff. I would especially call out the bartender and server John. That guy is what makes this place THE place to stay. In the area for business often and he remembers you, gives great service and just generally nice human! I appreciate him and look forward to catching up when in town.

"Professional and Attentive Staff"

Hotel staff was incredibly professional and attentive. When arriving a key could not be provided due to an electrical outage but I was never delayed accessing my room or other hotel amenities, like the fitness center. I had breakfast at the hotel restaurant each morning and Sergio and John were so friendly and professional. They made sure our party as well cared for during these meals.
