Hilton Garden Inn Schaumburg

I wanted to call out Franky who was bartending the party. He was a huge help and made amazing drinks! He was super nice, polite, and professional.

I booked my hotel reservation a few days ago. At no such time did any of the staff alert me that the elevator was broken and that I would have to walk up stairs. I am recovering from a torn PCL, torn meniscus and broken cartilage in my knee. It was a painful experience to walk up and down those stairs. My daughter asked for fresh sheets and a blanket and the staff was too lazy to bring it and told her she had to come and get it herself. The shower looks dirty. The hotel on the first floor smells like mildew. The pool looks unkept. Not to mention I am a Hilton Honors Member. I will be calling Hilton corporate office tomorrow. This was not what I was expecting after reading a 4.7 rating.

Excellent service. It's rare. Remembered me. Had things ready before I sat down. I watched him (John) pay attention to everyone seated.

Excellent service of John, he is very kind and really fast to attend all the requests. I definitely will come back for the big service that they have.

Having limited mobility the desk is just off to the right, elevators are located fairly close. Our room is handicapped accessible and it would not matter what you use this room has plenty of space. Front desk staff is friendly. The big down side for us is after a 5.5 hour car ride we were excited they have a restaurant on site, however after we got here it’s closed for a private party. That’s hard after driving so far to have to get back in the car. Over all recommend staying you won’t be disappointed!

John is amazing! He remembers me and my party every time we’re here. He really does pay attention to details and has excellent customer service!

This is one of my favorite places to stay. The entire staff is phenomenal. John is amazing and so personable. He makes me feel like family every time I stay here.

Hilton has been a great experience. The workers here are so supportive and will go above and beyond no matter what. John is a prime example of going above and beyond. He easily remembered me by name, adding a level of personalism and made me feel like a person rather than just another customer.

Staying at the Hilton Garden Inn in Schaumburg is like staying with your family! The team is amazing. John is one of the best team members - he always goes above and beyond to make sure all our needs are met!
